HOW DO I ORDER PRODUCTS?
You can shop via our online store, book a party with a consultant in your area or place a order via phone.
PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Online, phone and consultants can process your credit card.
Alternatively via consultant/phone you can make a bank deposit.
WHAT WILL DISPLAY ON MY CREDIT CARD?
Positively Pink
ARE PRODUCTS IN STOCK?
All items advertised in our online shop are based on "in stock" products.
Via consultant/phone it may be items that need to be ordered in.
WHEN WILL PRODUCTS BE SENT?
Once payments has been received online within 2 business days.
Via consultant/phone if not in stock as stock arrives.
POSTAGE / HANDLING?
All orders are discreetly packaged (no mention of Positively Pink) with a PO BOX address.
How long before my product arrives? We cannot guarantee the delivery time of the Postal Provider.
An estimate could be anytime between 2 and 20 working days.
Please keep this in mind if ordering for a particular occassion.
If you have any concerns with arrival delay please do not hesitate to phone or email.
RETURNS POLICY
All items are checked for faults before leaving our premise.
Please check you are following your products instructions and have the correct battery requirements.
Items that are found to be faulty can be returned to us at PO BOX 1592 Wodonga, Victoria, 3689
Please provide your receipt, what fault you have noticed and how you wish to proceed (credit, exchange, refund).

Your information and any enquries you make with us will not be shared with any other party. We believe in the right to privacy and that your business is 'your business'. The only time information will be shared is if you have made a consultant enquiry and we pass your contact details to the consultant in your area.
